Can I get Multiple Birth Allowance?
You can get Multiple Birth Allowance (MBA) if you receive Family Tax Benefit Part A for three or more children who are born during the same birth.
MBA will be limited to eligible families who have at least three multiple birth children aged 16-18 years in Full Time Secondary Study (FTSS) (until the end of calendar year they turn 18), or who are exempt from the FTB activity test. This means MBA will no longer be paid for 16-18 multiple birth children in tertiary study.
