Below are freecall numbers for contacting from outside Australia. If you are outside Australia, you can call the following numbers between 8am and 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Please Note:
The numbers above can only be used if you are outside Australia; if you are inside Australia they will not work. These international free call numbers connect you directly to Centrelink International Services, however the number may not be available for every location within the country you are in and may not be free from mobile phones or public phones - a 'local call' fee may apply.

If you are calling from a country not listed above, or if the number listed is not available, you can call us by using the International Reverse Charge phone number on +613 6222 3455. Please use the local telephone operator in the country from which you are dialling to place the call on your behalf, otherwise the call will be at your expense. Some Australian telephone providers let you reverse charges when you call from a foreign country. Dial your local operator to find out more.
