Getting Started

If you have already registered, you can go directly to the Logon page.

If you are using Online Services for the first time, you need to register to get a Customer Access Number (CAN) and password. Once you have registered, you can logon and use all appropriate Online Services.

Please note: You do not need to register to use the Centrelink / Family Assistance / Child Support Estimator

Online Claims

Make an Online Claim Make an Online Claim for Baby Bonus, Maternity Immunisation Allowance, Family Tax Benefit or Child Care Benefit for a dependant child.
View or update your Online Claims View or update your Online Claim for Baby Bonus, Maternity Immunisation Allowance and Family Tax Benefit for your newborn baby.

Payment Enquiries

Past and future Family Assistance payments Find out payment dates and amounts, and if you are paid more than one payment, see how much you are paid for each.
View or Update where your payments go View or update account details of where the Family Assistance Office sends your payments.

Family Assistance

Family Income History View your previous family income estimates, as well as your actual income amounts for the past three financial years.
Update Family Income Estimate Update your income estimate for family assistance online. You can also: see your family's current income estimate and how your new income estimate affects your payment.
Family Tax Benefit Child Reviews Complete your Family Tax Benefit Child Review if your child is within 2 weeks of turning 16 or 21 years old.
Advise Non-lodgement of Tax Return Advise if you do not need to lodge a tax return with the Australian Taxation Office for any of the last three financial years.
Advise Return to Work Advise you have returned to work after a period away from the workforce to care for a child.

Child Care

View Child Care Details View details of your Child Care Benefit percentage, the children you claim Child Care Benefit for and whether they have met the immunisation requirements.
View Child Care Tax Rebate View and print details you may need in order to claim the Child Care Tax Rebate from the Australian Taxation Office for the 2005-06 financial year.
Claim Approved Child Care Benefit Claim Child Care Benefit for Approved Care if you get Family Tax Benefit Part A or Family Tax Benefit Part B for the child.

Money You Owe

Money You Owe View details of the money you currently and have previously owed to the Family Assistance Office, and a history of any repayments you have made.
Make a Repayment This service will link you to Australia Post's POSTBillpay website, where you can make a repayment of money you owe the Family Assistance Office.
