Online Services System Requirements
To access these online services, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by Centrelink. When you finish, you will be returned to the homepage of the Family Assistance Office web site.
To successfully use these services:
- your web browser must support Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption (for example, Netscape Version 6 or higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4 or higher; Opera Version 3 or later; Mozilla Version 1 or later);
- your web browser must be configured to allow cookies (note: for more information on the use of cookies in the secure site, please read the Privacy and Security statement on that site); and
- your browser preferences must support JavaScript.
