How you can be paid depends on the type of payment you are claiming. You may be paid:
This means that the option to be paid FTB by asking your employer to take less tax out of your (or your partner's) wages ceased from 1 July 2008. If you previously notified your employer to reduce the amount of tax withheld because you were entitled to FTB, you must lodge a new withholding declaration. Failure to fill in a new declaration may result in a tax debt. The withholding declaration forms are available from the Australian Taxation Office, newsagencies or your employer.
